Diese Form der erosiven Materialbearbeitung arbeitet kontaktlos, mittels kontrollierter Funkenerosion zwischen Draht und Werkstück. Es ist ideal für Materialien mit hoher Härte oder Konturen, die technologisch anders nicht herstellbar sind.

Diese ermöglichen Drahtschneiden mit extremer Maßhaltigkeit und sind auch für komplexe Innenkonturen oder schwer zugängliche Bereiche geeignet. Wir bearbeiten eine Vielzahl anspruchsvoller Materialien: von gehärteten Stählen und Hartmetallen bis zu schwer zerspanbaren Legierungen.
